Asheville, North Carolina – HomeTrust Bank is proud to present Mountain Housing Opportunities (MHO) House Warming Party for the grand opening and ribbon cutting of The Villas at Fallen Spruce in Leicester, NC.

These 55 new affordable apartments will make a true difference for senior citizens in Western North Carolina.

As well as a ribbon cutting and grand opening for the apartments, The House Warming Party is a fundraiser benefiting the services of Mountain Housing Opportunities–Emergency Home Repair, Community Rental Investments, and Affordable Home Ownership. HomeTrust Bank has been the presenting sponsor for this annual event since 2009.
