HomeTrust Bank has announced the appointment of James Anderson as Mortgage Loan Officer for the Upstate South Carolina Market. 

According to Kristin Powell, Director of Mortgage Lending for HomeTrust, “James will work out of the Woodruff Road office in Greenville.  With more than 24 years of mortgage lending experience in the Upstate market, he will bring added depth in providing mortgage loan and construction loan solutions for our customers.”

“James is a proven and respected leader in the Upstate mortgage industry,” added Ann Robinson, Upstate South Carolina Market President.  “I am thrilled to have him on our team.”

Anderson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Bob Jones University in Greenville, graduating CUM LAUDE.

His many activities include serving as vice president of the Langston Charter Middle School Foundation, board member and past president for the Upstate Mortgage Lenders Association, and on the Leadership Team for the Upstate Business Builders Networking Group. He is also active on the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greenville Home Builders Association.
