A Few Tips for Using the System

  • To access the telephone banking system you will dial 800.627.1632, and choose Option 8 for Automated Telephone Banking.
  • Inquire on an account by selecting “For Account Information” (Option 1), then entering any of your account numbers followed by the account type and your PIN.
    • The system requires a “#” entry after an Account Number, Account Type, or PIN is entered.
    • After entering the required information you will immediately be given both the Current and Available Balances for the account number you entered, then will be offered more options.
    • You only need to enter your primary account number when you select “Option 1” from the main menu. You will be able to access additional accounts once you are logged in.
  • Your PIN will apply to all of your accounts.
  • Press “0” to speak to one of our support representatives.
