Important Notice
In a continuing effort to keep your personal information and identity secure, we have updated our Online Banking system.
During the initial login to our new system, please keep the following in mind:
- Your Access ID has not changed.
- Your Password has been defaulted to the last six (6) digits of your Social Security or Tax ID number.
NOTE: During the set-up process, you are required to change your Password. We recommend you change your Access ID as well.
- Access ID's range from 6 to 19 characters. Access ID’s can be any combination of numbers, letters and special characters, except for spaces.
- Passwords range from 6 to 16 characters. Additionally, we require at least 1 alpha and 1 numeric character. Passwords can be any combination of numbers, letters and special characters, except for spaces.
- Both Access ID and Password are case sensitive.
If you have issues accessing the new system, please call (800)627-1632 ext 3552 during normal business hours.
