If your business needs other services such as ACH or wires, we can add this service to your basic online. Below are the add-on services:
ACH:
Automatic Clearing House (ACH) allows a business client to credit or debit accounts electronically. An example would be crediting payroll to employee accounts or debit payments such as membership fees.
Wires:
A wire enables a business client to transfer funds electronically to any domestic financial institution within the same day. This is a quick, safe way to transfer funds. You can create a one-time wire or create recurring wires.
Bill Pay:
Bill Pay is a quick and easy way to pay your bills online. This function also allows you to receive e-bills.
Positive Pay:
Positive Pay provides better monitoring to detect unusual or unauthorized check activity by comparing paid items against issued files to determine discrepancies. It also accelerates the flow of information between the company and the bank. This helps reduce the risk of fraud within a company.
Remote Deposit:
Remote Deposit is a way for businesses to be their own “bank”. A check scanner is required to create electronic copies of checks, which is then electronically deposited to a business checking account. The business is responsible for maintaining the original checks for a specific time frame (30 days). The deposits may be scanned up until 6:00 p.m.
